Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Parity Crest Ltd("Parity Crest", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales, and govern your use of our website, games, and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and meet any minimum age for the relevant app store) to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to do so.

2. The Services

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features of the Services at any time. Some features may be offered in development, beta, or prototype form and may change or be removed.

3. Accounts

If a feature requires an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Intellectual property

The Services, including our games, software, artwork, logos, and the "Parity Crest" name and marks, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use them without restriction.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe the rights of others;
• reverse engineer, cheat, exploit, or tamper with the Services;
• disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services;
• upload malicious code or scrape the Services without permission.

6. Purchases and virtual items

Purchases made through our games are processed by the relevant app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) and are also subject to that store's terms. Virtual items and currency are licensed, not sold, have no monetary value, and are non-refundable except where required by law or the applicable store's policy. Nothing in these Terms affects the statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

7. Third-party services

The Services may link to or rely on third parties (for example app stores and our Discord community). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This does not exclude any warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parity Crest will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Parity Crest harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms or to protect the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also benefit from any mandatory protections and venue rights of your country of residence.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services means you accept the revised Terms.
