My offline earnings seem low.
Only shops with a keeper (manager) keep trading while you're away — for up to 8 hours, or 24 hours with the Cozy Pass. Hire more keepers to earn from more shops, and open the app to collect.
How do I restore my purchases?
Tap the gear icon in the top corner to open Settings → Restore Purchases, signed in with the Apple ID used to buy.
How do I cancel the Cozy Pass?
The Cozy Pass is a monthly subscription managed by Apple: Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → Cozy Pass → Cancel. You keep its benefits until the current period ends.
My save disappeared.
Your town is stored on your device, so deleting the app deletes your save. To keep it safe, open Settings → Back up / Transfer and copy your backup code; paste it on any device to restore. Contact us before reinstalling if something looks wrong.
