Do I ever lose progress or lives?
Never — Sweet Stacks has no timers, no lives, and no countdowns. Nothing expires while you're away, so you can play at your own pace.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open Settings (gear icon in the top corner) → Restore Purchases, signed in with the Apple ID used to buy.
Is the Sweet Pass a subscription?
No — the Sweet Pass is a one-time purchase for the season, not an auto-renewing subscription, so there's nothing to cancel.
My save disappeared.
Progress is stored on your device. Deleting the app deletes your save — contact us before reinstalling if something looks wrong.

Email us with your device model and the build number shown at the bottom of the in-app Settings.
